Baldric The Eagle
Today, my brother and I saw a majestic sight.
A bald eagle.
He saw it fly right over his head – right over the Cantina & Courtyard – and called me and said get your camera. We quickly followed it as it flew to a tall tree.
It was hard to see through the branches but we could tell it was feasting on something. Then it flew off to another tree and we followed it again. This time we saw it clearly.
It was so cool, so exciting. As a reader of this blog, you know I love birds. All birds. But the bald eagle has, for a long time since before my serious birdwatching, been one of my favorite animals.
I should really add fish to the Cantina menu...
